At Early Starters Preschool, we believe health and education go hand in hand. We closely follow our published health policy manual focusing on four areas:
Early Starters Preschool provides developmentally appropriate programs for children from crèche through to Kindergarten 1 (KG1). Admissions are on a rolling basis year-round.
Closed-circuit television (CCTV) cameras are installed on our premises to ensure children’s safety at all times.
6 Months up to 2 Years
Children are assessed twice during each term to ensure they are meeting developmental and learning milestones. The first assessment occurs at the beginning of each term to determine our Early Starters capabilities. A second assessment is given at the end of each term.
Our assessments are used to create an individualized report for each child that is shared with our families and discussed during parent-teacher conferences. Parent-teacher conferences are also used to check in with our families.
Progress assessments are also conducted every fortnight for each child. The results are used to provide individualized teaching and learning.
