What is the child to staff ratio?

Our ratio is ,on the average, 10 :1 for 3-5 year old children and 5:1 for children under 3 to ensure.
What age group does Early Starters serve?

Our Early Starters range from 6 months to 5 years.
How many terms are there in an academic year?

There are three terms in our academic year. Term 1 beginning in September Term 2 beginning in January Term 3 beginning in May
Is Early Starters open on public holidays?

No, we break for all public holidays to give our familes time to make important memories together.
How long are the school breaks?

There is a 3 to 4 week break at the end of each term.
Do you provide summer school?

No, we currently do not provide a summer term.
Do you take midterm breaks?

No, to save parents from having to make alternative child care arrangements during the term.
What are your operating hours?

We are open from 7.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m., Monday - Friday.
What happens if I am late to pick up my child?

Familes who are not able to pick their child up by 5.00 p.m. will incur a fee.
Do you provide lunch?

No, Early Starters Preschool does not provide lunch. Each child is required to bring their own lunch each day.
Do you have a fridge for lunches?

Yes we do.
What do I receive upon registering my child?

Families receive an Early Starters Parent Handbook My Daily Report Book for children under two years. Each child will also receive an outdoor activity uniform.
What is covered by fees and tuition?

One time registration payment, tuition, and Parent Teacher Association (PTA) dues are covered by your tuition and fees.
When am I expected to pay school fees?

Payments are expected before the beginning of a new term, however, payment arrangements are available.
Is there a discount for enrolling more than one child?

Yes, families with two or more children will receive a discount for each additional child’s tuition.
Are you affiliated with any other schools?

No, however, our graduating class is accepted to schools of their choice.
